The purpose of workshops is introduce new concepts, increase participants understanding of indicators, and help participants understand how indicators can be used to further develop to reach their potential. To help individuals and organizations understand the extent to which communication is important to understand your personal style and how to understand others to grow to potential.
To demonstrate that seemingly conflicts are often linked to lack of awareness, when you understand your strengths and weaknesses, you can make conscious adjustments when and if needed
To help individuals and organizations understand the different ways others see things. Influence, by understanding aspects of the person we are trying to influence. Understand others needs by knowing how to structure what we are going to say to be most influential, arranging our information in a beneficial way and include only what will be
relevant to the personal we are speaking to.
The workshops introduce concepts of professional coaching, learning and communication styles, as well as strength finders and the use of indicators. The workshops also provide tools for evaluating indicators. It is not a lecture; it uses
an interactive process to encourage the active involvement of the participants. In addition to learning about how others are perceiving styles, participants will gain direct experience in developing and evaluating their colleagues and own
potential. The workshops highlights useful resources and sources for further personal profile assessment. As a result, of attending this workshop, participants will be able to provide more effective outreach environment in their personal and professional life. They will also be able to work more effectively with groups to achieve goals.
